Hello, I am Vasu!

I was born and raised in the land of Ayurveda, and the inherent connection has brought me back to my roots. As a middle-aged woman wearing multiple hats in the family and career space, I often encountered health conditions that I had to tackle, for me or my near and dear ones. Following allopathic methods of treatment could only offer symptomatic relief. Alongside, I realized the pressures of modern society and work culture were having negative impacts on health and wellbeing. I was looking for a logical way to connect the dots and correct imbalances by addressing the causes of various ailments, in a natural way. In my search, I reconnected with Ayurveda, the trusted healing science in my culture. I am immensely grateful to the authentic educational institutions ( Ananda Ayurveda Academy and Minnesota Institue of Ayurveda ) through which I have gained profound and practical knowledge leading to Ayurveda Counselor and Ayurveda Practitioner Certifications. As a certified professional, I have been able to use Ayurveda to restore natural health and wellness in many clients.
